Pageant of the Golden Tree processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.

 

Processing purposes

Pageant of the Golden Tree collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

 

Legal basis(s) for processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If necessary to achieve the purposes set forth, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly affiliated with Pageant of the Golden Tree or with any other partner of Pageant of the Golden Tree;

BRUGGE PLUS guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

 

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including accounting).

 

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may correct them (or have them corrected) if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is asked to:

- adjust his customer account settings himself; and/or

Direct marketing

Customers have the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

 

Complaint

The Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Rue du Printing Press 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).

 

The use of "cookies"
